We understand that sometimes things come up and plans need to change. However, as a small business, we put a lot of effort into organizing our events, including turning others away to reserve your spot, purchasing materials, and investing in meals and drinks.

The policies below are in place to ensure that we can provide quality services to all of our customers for a long time to come, as well as to show respect to our vendors, teachers, and staff.

All bookings and sales are final. Please double-check the dates and times of your workshops, classes, events, and camps on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credits or refunds and we are unable to transfer your spot as we have limited availability.
We have a minimum number of attendees required to hold a class. If we do not meet this minimum, we may cancel the class at any time and offer you a full refund or credit to attend a class of the same value within 12 months.
